Andy and John Hunter are twin brothers from Stafford, England, and have been a fixture on the Rock since the late 1980s.
The Star Bar is the oldest of their three houses — Gibraltar's oldest hostelry, tucked down Parliament Lane just off Main Street, and still very much a locals' bar. It has poured drinks here for generations, and the brothers have kept it doing exactly that.
Their passion for British hospitality extends across Gibraltar. They are also the owners of The Lord Nelson, created as a tribute to England's most famous Admiral, and Jury's Cafe & Wine Bar, next to the courthouse on Main Street.
